About the Client:

A Texas-based company, founded by wireless, technology and automotive veterans who are dedicated to simplifying technology to revolutionise the dealership experience for both dealers and their customers.

Challenges:
  1. Reduced maintenance cost by re-using of existing with new tool, with support for both iOS and Android devices
  2. Reduced execution time with increased quality.
  3. Reduced effort by creation of generic reusable functions available in the framework
  4. Achieving framework capability of seamlessly switching between Web (Watir) & Mobile (Appium)
  5. Achieving framework capability to delivery best reporting mechanism with screenshots
What we did:

Focussing on clients objective of wanting a low-cost report development in which they want to know the average duration, total cars in the different stages, car count for different dealers in which the user can access the report day wise, month wise and year wise, we at Motivity Labs did the following in a step to step execution

Step 1: Developing a new report with Power Bi using the data source.

Step 2: Emphasising on communications throughout both the design and delivery.  

Step 3: Delivering a detailed Requirements document, together with an Architectural Design document denoting the different components and the relevant communications between the components.

Step 4: Applying the planning documents and developed the solution using Power Bi Desktop, SSMS (Sql Server Management Studio) successfully.
